I initially signed on with Carmen to help me specifically identify what was hindering me from moving my business forward.  Was it a particular process I needed to include?  Should I do something different with my team?   • Consulting: I facilitate training for organizations and businesses to create a culture that utilizes diversity and inclusion.I am a certified trainer in intercultural competency that utilizes outcome focused and research supported training, coaching, and interventions based on a developmental model to build bridges and understanding within an organization.  I work with the management and employees of corporate clients to focus on developing intercultural expertise in leading, working in, and contributing to the success of increasingly diverse and multicultural organizations.  By working within to understand individual and group cultures of those within the larger group, cultural and racial differences become an asset to performance that propels all to excellence!
  • Coaching: I create space for leaders to uplevel their conversation so they can go from where they are to where they want to be.
  • Seminars: I lead a day-long seminar on storytelling encouraging women  in particular to use their voices to effectuate change.
